Preparation of investment projects
We prepare investment projects for the "Structural" part of buildings and structures with steel, reinforced concrete or wooden construction. For each phase, the projects includes the mandatory set of information, according to the current Building Code. During the design process, we communicate on a regular basis with the architects and the other engineers involved, so that the projects are actually coordinated. The designs for the Working Design phase are modelled in 2D or 3D, depending on the complexity of the project.
We offer both preparation of full design documentation for the "Structural" part, and partial - only static calculations, only technical drawings, only work drawings of steel structures.
The project documentation may also be prepared in a foreign language after prior agreement with the Client.
Preparation of all the necessary project documentation, demanded from the authorities, for the conceptual, technical or work design stage with attention to detail and in accordance with all the current standards.
The conceptual design stage of the "Structural design" part includes a text and a graphic part. The text part is an explanatory note, clarifying the main parameters of the construction, dimensions, materials, construction scheme. The graphic part of the conceptual design stage, these are the drawings, which are based on the construction scheme - plans, views, sections.
Technical design of the " Structural design " part includes text, statical calculations and graphic part. The text part is an explanatory note clarifying in detail the type of the structure, the location of the structure and the related climatic conditions; the loads acting on the structure - dead load, wind, icing, snow, seismic load (earthquake), as well as other specific loads. The statical calculations part includes a complete sampling of the static calculations of the structural elements and main and specific details, according to the current local standards and codes and Eurocode. The graphical part of the technical design, i.e. all structural drawings - assembly plans, views, structural sections and specific details.
The preparation of a detailed design for the " Structural design" part is always required in connection with the manufacture of steel structures. For the manufacture of each element and its components, a separate drawing is required, which contains all the necessary information for its successful manufacture, which is a prerequisite for subsequent successful assembly. Given the rapid pace of production development nowadays, as well as the expansion of machine capabilities, we can synchronize the drawings to the capabilities and requirements of the machines. The detailed design also contains assembly drawings and bill of quantities present on each drawing, as well as a general one.
