Preparation of Constructive Statements in connection with planned interior or exterior constructions and reconstructions, regularization of old buildings, change of use of a site, extension of an existing structure, addition to a building.
Any change to the exterior or interior of a load-bearing structure shall be a subject to detailed analysis by a structural engineer. The results of this analysis shall be summarized in the form of a Structural Statement. This is a document that replaces the design, but has the same weight.

Конструктивното становище във всички случаи се базира на наличната строителна и строително-конструктивна документация на обекта, за който ще се изготвя - тя служи за отправна точка. С не по-малка тежест е изпълнението на строежа – дали отговаря на проекта или има значими отклонения от проекта.
